This is my personal exposure ladder — a ranked list of scenarios from easiest to hardest. The idea is to work your way up, getting three successes at each level before moving on. It's not about rushing to the top. It's about building confidence one step at a time.

4Busy Public Stall (Secure) — In public, busy restroom, closed stall with solid walls.
5Busy Public Stall — In public, busy restroom, closed stall with regular walls.
6Quiet Public Stall (Alone) — In public, large restroom, closed stall with no one there.
7aQuiet Public Stall (1–2 people) — In public, large restroom, closed stall with one or two others present.
7bBuddy Outside Closed Door — At home, private bathroom, door closed, buddy standing outside.
8Quiet Public Urinal — In public, large restroom, at a urinal with no one else there.

12High-Pressure Situations — Time pressure (halftime rush, intermission), or someone directly watching (drug test simulation).
